Part 1 | Strengths and Going Back to Basics

May 3, 2016

Don’t watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going. Sam Levenson

Living from our strengths means recognizing who we are and then making conscious decisions to become more of that person.  Today is a day for action.

Whether we have a schedule or not, when we wake up in the morning, we do not know what all will happen in our day.  After all, there are 7.5 billion other people running around on the planet—each with free will, just like us.

So, the question becomes: Do we feel free?  Are we trying to be someone else?  Are we trying to be something we are not?

If we are not becoming more of who we really are, who are we really becoming then?  What exactly is holding us back from feeling a complete fullness of purpose in our lives?

What action can be taken in this exact moment to create a shift toward feeling fully present in this moment—do I need to make a call, send a text, set a boundary, pay a bill, schedule an appointment, meditate, or eat a meal?

Be your greatness. Start. Do. Go.
